

After Swampscott High School, 1954-1957, he attended GE Apprentice School, Lynn for Machinist/Toolmaker, Boston University, and Salem State College for Technical Mgt.
He worked at GE Everett, Lynn, and Evendale, OH where he took Special Assignments to Israel and GETSCO Amsterdam, The Netherlands, as a CF6Commercial O/H Representative KLM/KSSU 1976-1979. Also thru AEPD International Sourcing in Evendale, Ohio, took a position as Manager Manufacturing Methods&Quality at FAMAT, St. Nazaire, France 1987-1990. At GE Evendale, he worked in International Sourcing as Mgr. of Global Technical Support and Business Team Leader/International Sourcing/Offset programs for Australia, Eastern Europe, Middle East and Turkey. He moved to Albuquerque, New Mexico as Leader GE Albuquerque Plant Quality, 1995, from where he retired in 1999.
Bob enjoyed sailing, skiing, gardening, reading, traveling and watching his favorite Red Sox and Patriots. He enjoyed visiting family and friends, who in their turn came and spent time with us in beautiful New Mexico.
He is survived by his wife Jenni of Albuquerque, New Mexico; his son Rob Berry of Portland, Oregon; his son David and grandson Ryan Berry of Dallas, Texas; his brother Richard Berry and wife Brenda of Beverly; his niece and nephew, David and Nicole Berry; and his cousins Richard and Paula Brown of Danvers. He was also the brother of the late Thomas C. Berry.
Funeral Services for Mr. Berry will be private. Arrangements by Eustis and Cornell of Marblehead.
