Claudia Harold, 78, of Union received her blessing to pass through the gates of heaven at 4:30 AM on Wednesday, August 12th. She was a beloved wife, mom, grandma, and gigi. She is survived by her loving husband, Leonard, her four children, Raymond (Kimberly) Lang, Sandra (Dale Bennett) Groves, Tammy (Don) Wendlandt and Mary (David) Jenkins, her 10 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. She loved hosting Christmas celebrations every year for the entire family, baking and teaching the family the 'only' way to properly make her cinnamon rolls, camping throughout the entire country, sewing quilts and embroidering clothes for everyone.
A memorial visitation will be from 11am to 11:30am on Monday, August 17 at Marengo-Union Funeral Home, 505 E. Grant Hwy., Marengo. The memorial service will be at 11:30am.
