

He was born Feb. 24, 1954, in Elkhorn, Wis., to Clifford and Marjorie (Luczak) Dennison. On Sept. 15, 1984, he married Connie Tibbitts in Delavan, Wis.
Ken grew up in Lake Geneva, Wis., and moved to Marengo in 1987. He worked for Sunset Cartage since 2000 and more recently was also working with CB radios at Fox Communications. He was a proud and very active member of Marengo United Methodist Church. He became an honorary member of the Marine Corp. League because of the great work he did for Toys-for-Tots.
He and his wife were members of the Prairie Ramblers RV and camping club. He was a major supporter of the Cavalier Rescue USA and the Greater Chicago Cavalier Rescue.
Ken enjoyed watching drag racing and loved time spent on his Gold Wing Honda motorcycle. He was also an avid Packers fan. Most of all Ken loved time spent with his family and was an extremely proud and devoted uncle to his many nieces and nephews.
He is survived by his wife, Connie; his sister, Carol (David) Smith; his brother, Patrick Shrum, his sisters-in-law, Cathy (Mark) Manthei and Karen Henan; his nieces and nephews, Heather (Kurt) Dowell, David Smith, Timothy (Becky), Lindsey, and Keith (Melissa) Blanke, and Jacob and Jessica Henan; and his great-nieces and nephew, Keith and Marissa Dowell, and Katelyn Henan.
Visitation will be from 4 to 7:30 p.m. on Sunday, March 4, at Marengo United Methodist Church, 119 E. Washington, Marengo. Visitation will continue from 10 a.m. to the 11 a.m. funeral service on Monday, March 5, at the church. Interment will be private.
