Patrick dedicated his professional life to farming and working on farm equipment, contributing greatly to the agricultural community.
On April 6, 1957, Patrick married Bette Lou Schroeder, with whom he shared a loving and enduring partnership. He was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather.
Patrick had a passion for bowling, gardening, and playing dominoes, activities that brought him joy and relaxation.
He will be greatly missed by his wife, Bette; his children, Sally (Doug) Hansen, Pamela (Jeff) Barrett, Anne (Jerry) Runowiecki, Patricia (Russ) Powell; 12 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his sons, Larry and Chris Hamblin.
Patrick's absence will be deeply felt by all who knew and loved him.
There will be a celebration of Patrick's life from 5 to 7pm on Thursday, January 15 at Marengo-Union Funeral Home, 505 E Grant Hwy, Marengo.
