Delores LaRae Brown

BROWN, Delores LaRae (Dodie) passed away peacefully at her home in Parkland, Florida on April 7, 2012 with her loving husband Bill and children by her side. Dodie was an extra ordinarily humble woman yet she accomplished so much and gave so freely to others and did so with little fanfare or recognition. She was a caring and devoted friend never missing an opportunity to help out where needed. She gave 25 years to the Archdiocese of Miami , a woman of deep and abiding faith as evidenced by the way that she lived her life and treated others. Her family will forever miss her sharp sense of humor, her love, and her belief in them. Dodie is survived by her husband, best friend, and soul mate of 57 years, Willilam(Bill), son Douglas, son Curtis and wife Marjorie (Gigi), daughter Lisa, daughter Susan and husband Bruce Eberst as well as three beloved grandchildren; Jason and Tyler Brown and Julia Eberst. She was pre-deceased in death by her only brother Robert, mother Dorothy and father Arthur Lass. Visitation will be Thurs. April 12th from 2-4 and 6-8 pm at KRAEER FUNERAL HOME 1 N. Deerfield Beach, Fl. 33341 followed by burial at Our Lady Queen of Heaven Cemetery, 1500 S. State Rd. 7, N. Lauderdale, Fl. .
