Funeral services will be held in West Virginia, the date and time will be announced. Burial will follow at Tyler Mountain Memory Gardens. Arrangements are by Tyler Mountain Funeral Home.
Donald was born in Charleston, WV to Marshall Martin and Lorena Hunter Martin on October 7, 1942. He went to school at Charleston High and married Melba Jean Monk Martin on January 15, 1965.
He worked as a Painting and Paper Hanging contractor operating his own business in the greater Charleston area for 30+ years. He served in the West Virginia National Guard.
Donald is preceded in death by his beloved wife Jean.
Donald is survived by his children Donna (Henry) and Ronald; his sister Ella (Dewey) and his grandchildren Ronni Kaye, Danielle Nicole, Hunter Ethan and stepgranddaughter Megan Elizabeth.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Donald's name to Trustbridge Hospice by the Sea Broward County.
