Margaret J Yerardi

Margaret Joan Yerardi (Maggie), age 82, of Coconut Creek, Florida, passed away on April 27, 2026, after a long illness. Born in Bridgeport, Connecticut, on October 3, 1943, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Margaret (Shuller) Lupariello. A graduate of Frank Scott Bunnell High School in Stratford, CT, she earned her bachelor's degree from Dean Junior College and Boston University.

It was in Massachusetts that she met Michael Yerardi. They would marry and spend many happy years together. Las Vegas was their vacation of choice, but in the early years and throughout, they enjoyed hosting their younger cousins on weekends and road trips. These events left lasting memories for everyone.

Maggie was very creative and artistic, in charge of designing programs and prizes for the Italian American Club shows, making decorations and centerpieces, sewing pillows and costumes, origami, and setting up theme parties for friends. She also loved to bowl, play cards, and dine out with her beloved circle of friends, with whom she did everything.

Survivors include her feline children, Max and Baby; son Benjamin Yerardi Madeiras and his wife, Amy Madeiras; daughter Pamela Yerardi Anderson and her husband, Brian Anderson; many cousins; and Township friends. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her brother, Joseph Jr., her sister, Gail, and her nephew, Michael.

A sincere thank you to Ilene from Comforts of Home and Dwight, Waldine, and the entire VITAS Hospice staff for their expertise, care, and compassion.

A very, very special thanks and much gratitude to her friend, neighbor, and "daughter", Laura Glorioso. Laura watched over Maggie, kept her safe and protected, helped her stay in her home, and, most importantly, kept her supplied with hot dogs!

Laura was truly Maggie's angel on earth.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, May 5, 2026, at 9:30 AM at Our Lady of Lourdes Church, 22094 Lyons Road, Boca Raton, FL33428.

Interment will be at the convenience of the family.
