Ottilie "Tilly" Brommer

Brommer, Ottilie "Tilly", 92, of Tamarac, went to be with the Lord March 17, 2018. Tilly was born in Germany on September 6, 1925 to the late Eugene and Ottilie (Fitterling) Hieber. She enjoyed gardening & baking for her family who were most important to her. She was devoted to Our Lady, Mary and prayed the rosary daily. Tilly was predeceased by her husband, Kurt in 2007. Those left to cherish her memory are her loving daughter, Anita Brommer, sons, Steven Brommer, Mason (Susan) Brommer, grandchildren, Jeremy Brommer, Kurt Brommer, Alex Brommer and Eric Brommer. The family will receive friends on Friday, April 6, 2018, 6:00 - 8:00pm at Kraeer Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 1 North State Road 7, Margate. A Mass of Christian Rite will be celebrated on Saturday, April 7, 2018, 10:00am at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, 1701 East Oakland Park Blvd. Ft. Lauderdale. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made in Tilly's memory to the St. Vincent de Paul Society at your local Catholic church.
