LEGGE, PATRICIA, 69, of Margate, passed away on November 8, 2015. She was born to the late Frank and Helen Rago, May 22, 1946, in Hartford, Connecticut. Patricia is survived by children, William Legge and Julie (Jeff) Batts; grandchildren, William Legge, Austin Legge, Leah Batts; brother, Frank Rago; sister Judy O’Sullivan. She will be missed by all. In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting that donations be made out to American Cancer Society.
