Barbara B. Messer

Barbara Barrett Messer, age 75, of Monroe, GA, passed away into the loving arms of Jesus, Thursday, January 22, 2015. Mrs. Messer was preceded in death by her loving husband, Ross V. Messer, Sr.; parents, Carl Barrett and Mary Dover Shields; brother, Anthony Barrett; and granddaughter, Caroline Finch. She is survived by daughter, Pamela Sanders; daughter and son-in-law, Andrea and Steve Finch; son, Ty Sanders; brother and sister-in-law, Travis and Bonnie Barrett; sister and brother-in-law, Bernice and Bill Daniels; grandchildren, Austin Sanders, Courtney Finch, Catherine Finch and Faith Sanders; several nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Messer was a member of First Baptist Church of Loganville. She retired from Square D after 19 years of service. She was a loving and caring mother, grandmother, sister and dear friend. She will be deeply missed by all.

The Funeral Service to Honor the Life of Barbara B. Messer will be held on Sunday, January 25, 2015 at 2:30 PM at Tom M. Wages, Snellville Chapel with interment to follow at Kennesaw Memorial Park, Kennesaw, GA. The family will receive friends on Saturday, January 24, 2015 from 3:00 PM until 6:00 PM at the funeral home.
