Charles Jason Smith, 35, of Marietta, died Thursday, February 16, 2017. Jason was born and raised in Marietta. He was a carpenter with Verge & Associates. Jason was preceded in death by his mother, Carol Joyce Smith. Surviving are his father, Joe Smith of Marietta; sister Connie Harper of Powder Springs; brother Tim Smith of Holly Springs; grandmother. Louise Stanton; Aunt Treva Skinner; nieces and nephews also survive.
