Jeffrey A. “Jeff” Brown of Dallas, GA, passed away May 4, 2013, at the age of 57. He worked 35 years with the Department of Defense, having served eight of those years in the U.S. Air Force. He was an avid Georgia Bulldog fan. Services will be held on Thursday at 2:00 p.m. at Mayes Ward-Dobbins Funeral Home Macland Chapel with Jeff’s Uncle Dr. Jerry Johnson, Chaplain of Georgia Mountain Hospice, officiating. Burial will be at Kennesaw Memorial Park.
Mr. Brown was preceded in death by his precious Mother, Mrs. Betty Joyce Brown. He is survived by his wife Joyce W. Brown, Father- Harold J. Brown, Sisters – Lynn Brown Jones and Lisa Street (Joe). Sister-in-law- Nancy Whisenant (Ted), Brother-in-law – Robert Wittmeyer (Ruth). Three nephews – Josh Street, Jody Street and Colin Wittmeyer. Four nieces – Elaine Chambers (Shane), Carole Whisenant, Britain DiSabatino (Louie) and Jennifer Nguyen (Quynh). Five great-nephews and one great-niece. Several Aunts, Uncles and Cousins.
