John McCall Dickerson

John McCall Dickerson of Marietta, Georgia passed away on November 26, 2023 at the age of 89. John grew up in west Tennessee and graduated from the University of Tennessee with a degree in Electrical Engineering. He retired from Lockheed Martin after 40 years of service. John and his wife, Barbara, were avid gardeners. John continued his gardening after her death in 1993, but only to give away all of the produce. John was a faithful member of St. Stephen United Methodist Church since 1956, where he taught Sunday School, ushered, and served however possible. John is survived by son and daughter-in-law, David and Becky Dickerson, step grandchildren Shawn Sparks (his wife, Holly) and Shannon

Lentz (her children, Carson, Hayden, and Logan). John is also survived by daughter and son-in-law, Karen and Tim Johnson; grandchildren Adam Johnson (his wife, Samantha) and Rachel Johnson; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
