John Nolon Stephens

John N. Stephens, 58, of Canton, died Wednesday, December 13, 2017. Funeral Services will be Saturday, December 16, 2017 at 11am at First Baptist Church Woodstock, Worship Center with Dr. Johnny Hunt and Dr. Jim Law officiating. The remains will be at the church at 10am. Interment will follow in Kennesaw Memorial Park Cemetery.

Mr. Stephens was a native of New York and was the owner of a window cleaning company. He was a long term member of First Baptist Church of Woodstock, where he serves as a Sunday school teacher, leader of one way ministries, celebrate recovery, cancer support group, homeless shelters, widow ministries and jail ministries. He recently had become a member of Gideons International because of his love for the word of God. Survivors include his wife, Melinda Stephens; mother, Martha Stephens of Cartersville and sister, Jessica Cass of Cartersville; nieces and nephews, Mandy Aaron, Chastity Cass, Savannah Cass, Crystal Overly, Jacob Cass, and Josiah Cass.

The family will receive friends Friday, December 15, 2017, 5-8pm at the funeral home.
