Her funeral service will be 2:00 PM Monday March 23rd at Mayes Ward-Dobbins Funeral Home in Marietta with Rev. Barry Lancaster officiating. Burial will be immediately following at Kennesaw Memorial Park Cemetery in Marietta. The family will receive friends from 1:00 until 1:55 PM before the funeral service.
Joyce was born and raised in Youngstown, Ohio and came to Cobb County in 1966. She retired from SunTrust Bank now Truist Bank with over 20 years of service. She attended First Presbyterian Church in Marietta and was active with Meal On Wheels, active with the Red Hat Society and served as Leader for the Girl Scouts.
Joyce was preceded in death by her two husbands, Joseph Patrick McKenna and Eugene S. Jamison. She is survived by her daughter, Bridget McKenna Thompson (Gary); sons, Douglas A. McKenna (Sharon) and Daniel J. McKenna (Debbie); 4 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; several nieces, nephew and cousins.
