Joyce was preceded in death by her daughter, Jenny Arnold. She is survived by her husband, Coy Powell; daughter, Debbie Ellington; daughter, Robin Herron; daughter, Penny Neal; brother, George Prince; 9 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren.
