She is survived by both her daughters and sons-in-law, Leah and Scot Stankiewicz, and Heather and Paul Rattin, and four granddaughters, Kaylee, Lauren, Kate and Taylor.
She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, aunt, teacher, and friend. She grew up in Winslow, IN and was a graduate of Winslow HS class of 1967, where she was an Eskimo cheerleader, majorette, band member, Rainbow Girl, and choir member. Two years after graduation, she married her high school sweetheart, Eldon. She received her degree at age 50 as an Occupational Therapy Assistant from Middle Georgia State University. Her most precious role was being Mimi. She loved her grandchildren, and was always helping her daughters raise their girls. She was very active in their lives, and attended nearly every recital, sporting event, school event, and of course, birthdays. She spoiled them, and they loved her so much.
She loved to travel, and was able to experience many amazing adventures. She was always on the go. She spent much of her free time going out with friends, playing Mahjong, shopping, and out to the theater. She was confident, vibrant, loving, caring, helpful, and everyone that knew her adored her.
