Marilyn T. Meyer

Mrs. Marilyn T. Meyer, age 86 of Marietta, GA died Tuesday, September 19, 2017 at Wellstar Tranquility Hospice at Kennesaw Mountain. Marilyn was born on October 31, 1930 and grew up in Queens, NY. She enjoyed crocheting and crewel work. Marilyn was a communicant of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Marietta. A devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, Marilyn is survived by her husband, William J. “Bill” Meyer; daughters and sons-in-law, Kathy and Harry Rothberg of Queens, NY and Michele and Robert Cascone of Dallas, GA; sons and daughter-in-law, Bill Meyer, Jr. of Marietta and Tom and Jeanette Meyer of Marietta; 6 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated Friday, September 22 at 10 a.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church with Monsignor John Walsh, celebrant. The interment will follow at Kennesaw Memorial Park. The following gentlemen will serve as pallbearers, Robert Cascone, Andrew Cascone, Danny Rothberg, Harry Rothberg, Paul Meyer and Neal Meyer.
