Mike is survived by his mother, Cassandra Hopwood, daughters, Noelle Presnell, Haley (Kevin) Stauss, Logan Hopwood, and Mikayla Hopwood, grandsons, Felix and Simon Stauss, sister, Donna (Keith) Henderson, brother, Lane (Sue) Hopwood, sister Wendy (Tony) Coward and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, James Daniel Hopwood Jr., granddaughter, Sadie Hopwood, and son, Micah Hopwood.
Funeral services will be held at SouthCare Cremation & Funeral Services, Marietta, GA on Thursday, April 2, 2026.
Visitation at 1pm, funeral service at 2pm
Interment to follow at Kennesaw Memorial Park,
