Gerri and Carl, this was heartbreaking news. I can only imagine how your heart breaks for the loss of your beautiful and precious baby girl! Gerri, when you talked about Shante, your eyes always held a sparkle and you always had a huge “proud Mama” smile. We knew her through your conversations about her.  I do know one thing for sure, she will always be with you. Even though God accepted her in his bosom, she will always be with you. Please know that you and your family are in our prayers and we are always here for you. It is so hard for me to write this message because it all still seems so unreal. Sending you Love you and praying for you all.

To Gerri, Please accept my  deepest condolences. My heart was broken into pieces when I heard about the passing of your beautiful daughter.  I used to hear you talk about her so much it feels almost as if I knew her.  Hold on to each cherished memory of her. .
