Funeral Services will be held 11:00 a.m. Tuesday at Midway Presbyterian Church in Powder Springs with Rev. David Hill officiating. Interment will follow at Kennesaw Memorial Park in Marietta.
Mr. Russell was a WWII Veteran. He was a Berry College graduate and was the oldest member of Midway Presbyterian Church in Marietta.
Survivors include his daughter, Toni C. Frey of Griffin; grandson, Steven Frey and his wife, Rebecca; great grandchildren, Wesley and Edward; nephew, Carl R. Abbott and his wife, Laverne; niece, Judy McTyre Thompson.
