Harold Gray Isley

Harold Gray Isley, 76, of Ridgeway, passed away Wednesday, October 14, 2015 at Memorial Hospital in Martinsville. He was born in Ridgeway, January 12, 1939 to Charles Lester Isley and Essie Hensley Isley. He was a graduate of Drewry Mason High School and retired from DuPont after 33 years of service. He was active with Little League Baseball and Basketball and was a member of the Jaycee’s, Lions Club and Magna Vista Boosters Club.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his first wife, Faye Nichols Isley and two sisters, Margaret Isley and Marie Campbell and three brothers, Ray Isley, Charles Lester Isley, Jr. and Kennon Isley.

He is survived by his wife, Nadine McMillon Isley of the residence; one daughter Teresa Washburn and husband Bobby of Ridgeway; two step-sons, Eric McMillon and wife Tisha of Axton, Earl McMillon and wife Michelle of Ridgeway; six step grandchildren and one step-great-grandchild.

The family will receive friends Saturday from 10:00 to 11:45 a.m. at First Baptist Church of Ridgeway and other times at the residence.

The funeral service will be held at 12:00 Noon at First Baptist Church of Ridgeway with Pastor Wayne Johnson officiating.

Interment will follow at Mountain View Cemetery.
