Hazel Barber Cole

Hazel Barber Cole, 96, of Eden, N.C. passed away on Monday, February 4, 2019. She was born in Eden, NC on February 22, 1922 to John William Barber and Myrtle Vaughan Sigmon Barber. In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by her husband Charles Howard Cole, Sr.; her son Charles H. Cole, Jr.; sisters, Doris Jean Barber and Bonnie B. East; brothers, Johnny, Jerry and Curtis Barber. She is survived by her sons Cecil Daniel “Danny” Cole and Robert Wayne Cole; sister Faye B. Woods and brothers, Allen Barber and Ronnie Barber; 7 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. The funeral will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, February 7, 2019 at McKee Stone Funeral Home and will be officiated by Reverend John Wiederholt. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow at Roselawn Burial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to First Presbyterian Church of Collinsville, P.O.
