Jerry Wallace Moore

Jerry Wallace Moore, 62, of Martinsville passed away on Thursday, August 15, 2019. He was born in Martinsville, Va., April 6, 1957. He is survived by his wife of 43 years, Linda Prillaman Moore; daughter, Susanne Moore Travis and her husband Mario; son, Lucas Arthur Moore and his wife Anna; grandchildren, Max Moore, Jeras Travis, Lucas Moore, Rylan Travis, Ryver Travis and Tyson Moore; many nieces, nephews and cousins; lifelong friends, Sue Smith Underwood and Kelly Shorter. Jerry loved spending time with his grandsons, listening to and playing bluegrass music, reading, and watching western movies. A memorial service will be held Monday, August 19, 2019 at 12:00 p.m. at Starling Avenue Baptist Church and will be officiated by Reverends Ashley and Brian Harrington.
