Mary Ann Bell Hardy

Mary Ann Bell Hardy, 74, of Ridgeway, passed away Friday, November 13, 2015 at North Carolina Baptist Hospital. She was born in Martinsville, January 27, 1941 to Charles Thomas Bell and Mary Lou Minter Bell, both deceased. She was retired from Memorial Hospital where she was a nurse and was a member of Starling Avenue Baptist Church.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Henry Rogers Hardy; son, Roger Hardy; sister, Betty Agee and brother, Sammy A. Bell.

Surviving are two daughters, Deborah Beauchamp of Ocala Florida and Shirley Lakosky of Flagler Beach, Florida; one son, Ronald A. Hardy of Ridgeway; three grandchildren, Tonia Meehan, Amber Lang and Casey Nealis; six great-grandchildren; one sister, Linda Copley of Martinsville and one brother, David Bell of Martinsville.

The funeral service will be held Monday, November 16, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. at McKee-Stone Funeral Home in Martinsville with the Rev. Susan Spangenberg officiating. Interment will follow in Roselawn Burial Park.

The family will receive friends from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. prior to the funeral service.
