Myra L. Turner

Myra Lilly Turner, 94, passed away Monday, February 25, 2019 at her home in Martinsville, VA. She was born December 24, 1925, to Eugene and Maude Turner, both deceased. Myra was preceded in death by her siblings, Miriam, Henry and Oakes Turner, and Walker Duigiud. She is survived by her nieces and nephews and the Sharon Beam family, which was her long-time caregiver. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am, Thursday, February 28, 2019 at McKee-Stone Funeral Home, with the Rev. Dr. Don Thomas and Deacon Jamie Ellis officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow at Oakes Cemetery in Brosville, VA. Arrangements are by McKee-Stone Funeral Home in Martinsville.
