He was born January 13, 1982 in Martinsville to Tracy Lee Carter and Shirley Willard Parker.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his grandmother, Becky Carter; his brother, Bobby Lee Carter; nephew, Gavin Carter; niece Sierra; and stepfather Greg Parker.
He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Bobby Daniel Carter and Arthur George Willard; and grandmother, Elizabeth Mae Willard.
A graveside service was held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, November 4, 2022 at Roselawn Burial Park and was officiated by Reverend Dr. J.D. Harmon.
McKee-Stone Funeral Home of Martinsville served the family.
