In loving memory of Doris Johnson who passed away peacefully to be embraced in the arms of the Lord November 12, 2011, surrounded by her loving family. She was born July 10, 1917, in Grand Rapids, MI.
Doris was preceded in death by her first husband, Charles Warner; son, Richard Warner; daughter, Edith (Warner) Kean; grandsons, Gordon and Brian Warner; step-sons, Tom and Tim Johnson; brothers, Raymond, Robert, Russell Halgren; and sister, Eydthe Pettersen.
Surviving are her husband, Russell V. Johnson; son, Raymond Warner; daughters Nancy Warner, Betty Rood, Doris (Tom) Hudson, Donna Shepherd, Linda Guile, Bonnie (Ted) Foster and Janis (Russell) Rowlee; 27 grandchildren; 76 great-grandchildren; 6 great-great grandchildren; brother, Roger (Bev) Halgren; sisters-in-law Elaine Halgren and Ada Warner; and many nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Service will be held 1-4 PM Sunday, November 27, 2011, at Alaiedon Township Hall, 2021 Holt Road, Mason, MI 48854.
