Jeffrey Clay Davis, age 52 of Dansville, MI and formerly of Pensacola, FL. passed away March 30, 2016. He was born on October 22, 1963 in Lansing, MI and is survived by his mother, Rosalyn M. Davis, also of Dansville, MI, four sisters and one brother, Ranae (Richard) Jewett of Lincoln Park, MI, Marie Darnell of Lansing, MI, Jean (Alen) McCune of Milton, FL, Sue Buchinger of Pensacola, FL, and Robert Davis, of Milton, FL. and several aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews and nieces. Jeff was preceded in death by his father, Gene L. Davis: sister, Pamela K. Webb; infant brother, Joseph L. Davis and nephew, Jeremy Davis. “Uncle” Jeff enjoyed spending time with his nieces and nephews, and was loved as a “dad” by many. He also enjoyed sports, including Nascar, Michigan football, the Detroit Tigers and rock and roll music. A memorial service will be held at the Dansville Free Methodist Church,1330 Mason St., Dansville, MI on Monday, April 4, 2016 at 10 a.m. with Rev. Richard Jewett officiating.
