Rex George Dubois

Rex served in the US Navy during WWII (1945 - 1948) in the "Asiatic Pacific Campaign". He then studied 2 years at Lansing Business University, followed by a 4 year GM apprenticeship, where Rex worked 31 years as a tool and die maker for General Motors.

Rex and his wife Irene, (Shultis) were married for 74 years and together they enjoyed traveling, taking many cruises and many country tours. Rex enjoyed playing jazz keyboard and being a winter "snow bird" in Texas and Florida.

Wife, Irene Dubois and son Glenn Dubois preceded his death.

Rex is survived by, and lovingly remembered by his son, Gary and Susan (Stone) Dubois; grandchildren, Tamla, Martin, Robert, Crystal, Raquel, Cher, and many great-grandkids.

A visitation for Rex will be held Thursday, May 12, 2022 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Gorsline Runciman Funeral Homes, 621 South Jefferson, Mason, MI 48854, followed by a memorial service from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM.
