MASON, MICHGAN
Age 75, died November 22, 2011 in Lansing, Michigan. He was born January 26, 1936 to Frieda and Paul Barnes. He was a retired line manager for General Motors. “Jerry” was preceded in death by his daughter Jodi at age 4 and wife Barbara. Surviving are his daughter Valerie (Rick) Fitchett, son Craig (Sherry) Barnes, 4 grandchildren Shadd and Lucas Barnes, Dylan and Logan Fitchett, brother Les (Virginia) Barnes, sisters Kay Wilkie and Ruth Schultz. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, November 26, 2011 at 11:00 A.M. at the First United Methodist Church of Mason, 201 E. Ash St., Mason, MI with the Rev. Dwayne Bagley officiating. Interment will follow at the Maple Grove Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Friday, November 25th from 5:00 to 7:00 P.M. at the Gorsline Runciman Funeral Homes, 621 S. Jefferson, Mason. Contributions in lieu of flowers may be made to the First United Methodist Church of Mason.
