Albert F. Baumann

ALBERT BAUMANN. Beloved husband of the late Marilyn M.; dear father of Cindy and Holly Ewart; cherished grandfather of Abby and Braeden Ewart; dearest brother of Joseph (Priscilla), Ernest (Lois); brother in law of Joan Mathes (Ely). Al was a proud graduate of Purdue University in Chemical Engineering. Al was commissioned in the Navy and served aboard a ship in the Mediterranean and Caribbean. His ship participated in the Cuban crisis blockade. He joined Lubrizol Corporation as a research/development engineer and worked there for 44 years. Family was extremely important in the lives of the Baumanns. Together they enjoyed viewing sports, playing bridge and travel all over the world. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made in Al's memory to Hospice of the Western Reserve, 17876 St. Clair Ave. Cleveland, OH 44110 or the American Red Cross, 24200 Chagrin Blvd. Beachwood, OH 44122. Funeral Services 2:00 pm Saturday November 7th at the DiCICCO AND SONS FUNERAL HOME, 5975 MAYFIELD RD. MAYFIELD HTS.
