I'm really missing you today, Sonny.

I am truly saddened and sorry for the lost of your son, brother, grandson and friend. The love we have for our children is so strong so I know this cannot be easy. Hold on to the good memories in the darkest moments they will see you through. I was one of Sonny's nutrition advisors and we worked together so he could obtain his Bachelors and Masters this Fall.  He was very determined to graduate and seemed to love the nutrition world. Sonny has a good heart and is funny and smart along with so many other qualities that we all wish we had. He sent me the attached Thank you note and I will never forget him and will keep it displayed in my office always. I did not know him long, but I now know many loved him and appreciated his generosity. He use to bring a co-worker of mine leftovers, this shows how thoughtful he truly was. We truly never know what others are going through.

Dear Howard and family. I am so very sorry for your unbelievable loss of your son. As I read the condolences, one thing is clear.  Sonny was a kind, decent, young man, who served his country, loved his family, and wanted to better himself as he helped is friends and worked on his masters. I don't understand why something so horrible would happen, and I can't begin to understand this sudden loss of a child. I so very, very , very sorry for your loss

So sorry to hear about your family's loss.  I hope you find comfort in cherishing all the wonderful memories of Sonny.

What can one say at this time? So very  sorry for your loss. Brad was such a great young man. Also so friendly and kind when we saw him. He will be in your heart forever. May he rest in peace.

I didn't know Sonny all that well, but he was a good friend of a very good friend of mine. I hung out with him and talked with him a few times in the last year as recent as September. I attended a Super Bowl party this past year and he was there laughing and joking with me. We even discovered that we liked the same girl at one point even though neither of us got her.

As I was looking on Cleveland.com for an obituary of someone else I knew, I was hit with a ton of bricks when I saw one for Sonny. Although I may not have known him well, he made an impact on my life to this day. The last conversation I had with him was about getting ahead of the game and reading up on things pertaining to my course of study instead of waiting around for the semester to start. At first, I kind of brushed him off. But, now I find myself reading every day to get a leg up and I owe much of that to Sonny.

My very sincere condolences go out to his family. God bless.

I offer my deepest condolences.  It seemed like everyone knew Sonny.  I knew Sonny from the Nutrition Department at KSU.  He was an incredibly intelligent man with one of the most outgoing personalities.  He continually amazed me...He served our country, made nutrition classes and volunteer programs fun, and I'm sure so much more.  If it were not for his help, I would not have gotten through a particular nutrition class.  His energetic ideas and willingness to lend a hand also saved some special events during the National Nutrition Month celebration in March.  It seemed like he shined brightest when giving presentations and talking with groups.  He had that kind of personality.  We will miss Sonny, Alav HaShalom /   / may he rest in peace.  May your family and loved ones receive all comfort from above.

So sorry to hear of your loss, seeing Brad in the neighborhood and at club events, he was always a pleasure to talk to.  Hope you can find peace in knowing he was a great guy.

I never knew Bradley, but he was a Brother to me all the same, in the same military service, under the same proud flag, and in the same selfless devotion to family, duty, and honor beneath the divines.

My prayers are with your family now and forever. I had class with Sonny here at Kent State and could always count on him to walk into class with a smile. He will be greatly missed.

Please accept my condolences and know you're in my thoughts and prayers. I had Brad as a student at Mayfield High School and remember his humor and quick wit. One day he walked into class, handed me a scratch-off lottery ticket and told me if I won, I could retire. Unfortunately, I did not win but will always remember his gift.

My condolences to the Parents of Sonny and his family.

I was deeply saddened when I received the call about Sonny. Sonny was a well liked veteran student in our office, Center for Adult and Veteran Service. He always had a good conversation to give. He always was smiling and joking. 

When he was obtaining his bachelors degree, he gave me his business card and told me to "Keep it close to me and call or email him, if I ever needed him." I was very proud of Sonny after he received his bachelors degree, he continued to work on his Master's degree. I will always remember Sonny, and I'm holding on to his business card at my desk. 

He is gone from this earth  but the memories I have from him will last forever. Praying for strength, understanding and peace as his parents, family and friends endure the days ahead. May Sonnys soul RIP!
