Grandmother of David (Tiffany), Ryan (Diana), and the late Elissa (Rick Spence, dec.). Great grandmother of Elexis Anne Spence.
Celestina became the Finance Director for the City of South Euclid in 1973 and retired from that position in 1998. “Ceil” was an avid Indians and Browns fan and a member of The Ladies Oratinese Society and the University Lodge of the ISDA. Contributions may be made in Celestina's memory to Holy Rosary Church.
