JOSEPH PLISEVICH age 84, passed away May 13, 2021. U.S. Army Veteran, 82nd Airborne Division. Beloved husband of Jayne (nee Hanley) for 53 years; dearest father of Janet Lynn (Bill) and John Joseph (Hannah); dear brother of Marge Stalzer (Herb, deceased) and the following deceased Sam, Harry (Connie), Fred, Martha Hrabak (Babe) and Mary Belzer (Al); loving uncle of Harry Plisevich Jr. (Anita), Linda Dail (Ed), Kurt Stalzer, Eric Stalzer (Carol), Cliff Belzer (deceased), Brian Belzer, Mark Belzer (Kim), Joe Hrabak (Sue), Marsha Zegeer (Mike), Sharon Plisevich and Darleen Green. He was a 25 year member of the Lyndhurst Police Department and 16 year member of the Detective Bureau. He was a classic cars enthusiast and was a member of the Choppers and Hollywood Knights Car Clubs. Contributions may be made to the Blue Coats, Law Enforcement Canine Association or Kindred Hospice.
