Lucille passed away peacefully the morning of November 8, 2021 in Florida. She was born in East Cleveland Ohio on March 26, 1930 to Andrew James Hood and Mary C Advey. She is survived by her 5 children: Richard, Gary (Laura), Glen, Lynn and Scott (Wendy). Eight grandchildren and ten great grandchildren; her brother James (Ginger) Hood and several nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents, sister Margaret / brother in law Elmer Joseph, daughter in law Cindy Palmer and her loving husband of 40 years, Jack A Palmer.
Private Graveside Services and Interment at Knollwood Cemetery in Mayfield Heights Ohio.
