Michael E. Zivick, age 83, beloved husband of Dorothy “Dotti” (nee Baumert) He was the beloved husband of Dorothy (nee Baumert) for 62 years.; loving father of Anthony (Heather) and Shelly Oberdoester (Donald); devoted grandfather of Mackenzie Pelesky, Jackson and Truman Oberdoester and step-grandfather; cherished son of the late Michael and Ann (nee Holowenko); dearest brother of Joyce, Carol Bors (Joe) and Ruth Zagar (Steve); dear brother-in-law to Adam and Laurie Baumert, the late Dolores and Raleigh Ballard and the late Diane and Robert Manley; dear cousin, uncle and great-uncle of many. Mike was born on May 17, 1941, in Cleveland Ohio. He graduated from St. Joseph High School in 1959 and married the love of his life, Dorothy, in 1963, after serving in the United States Army. They made Wickliffe home for their family and Kirtland home for their retirement. He was a hard-working construction laborer prior to joining the City of Wickliffe Service Department and in retirement, he was a groundskeeper for Pleasant Hills Golf Course. He enjoyed watching his favorite Cleveland sports teams, being with family and friends, a good game of poker, golfing and helping others. Services and interment are private.
