Wow, I am so saddened to stumble on the news of Shaun’s passing 5 years ago.  Shaun and I are the same age both with March birthdays.  I met Shaun at MSU on the wrestling team.  Shaun was the most fun loving guy, always ready for a good laugh.  We were roomates Sophomore year.  One of the craziest and fun years at College.  Man did we have a blast.  We would always be playing Kenny Rogers the gambler with our doors wide-open wearing cowboy hats jumping around 🤣.  I will always remember the good times We had and the joy.  May he rest in piece.

I am so sorry to have learned of the loss of Shaun.  I will always remember him for his ability to smile, laugh and have fun.  What a great guy.  I am saddened by his loss.  I played little league with Shaun and would stop by the Bank downtown just to talk, laugh and tell stories.  He will be and is sorely missed. Sandy and Paul....I was so sorry to learn of Shaun's passing. The tributes posted here leave no doubt he was a remarkable young who touched the lives of all of the people he met.

Worked with Shaun for many years back in the best years of my life with MBNA.  Just a light, a ray of light and positive vibes.  I hadn't seen him in years as I had relocated, but ran into him again at AJ Rocco's downtown Cleveland at a reggae concert. We laughed for hours over memories and stories. Anyone having even one conversation with him would have lasting memories.  There are no words to lessen the heartache of such a loss, but know he is in the arms and hearts of everyone.  JAH BLESS

My sincere condolences on Shaun's passing to all of his family and friends.  I had Shaun when I student taught in Mayfield back in 1989 for Mrs. Hecker and Mr. Schnoke's 8th grade history classes. I thoroughly enjoyed working with Shaun and his classmates and had a great experience at Mayfield.  I also followed Shaun's wrestling career and was so happy to see that he was working with the Mayfield Wrestling Club.Prayers for peace.

First off I want to offer my deepest condolences to Paul, Sandy , Scott, and Kristy. I've have know Shaun for a long time. I was in Junior high and   he should have been picking on me instead of befriending me. He was just that kind of guy.I think what  sums up Shaun and how he lived his life best is most evident in an exchange me and a friend had the other day. He asked me if I was friends with Shaun. " I responded yes, wasn't everybody ?"  I followed with the statement,  I would say that most people he came in contact with would consider him a friend. . He was just a generally nice person and had time for everyone. Even those not in his core group of friends. His circle was much wider then that. I moved out Mayfield some 20 years go so we didn't see each other nearly as often. The last time was west lot tail gate pre Browns game 2 years ago. We could go 3 months or 13 months without seeing each other and nothing ever changed between us. He is someone all men should try and emulate. I've got my own Things to improve on and I can tell you that trying to live and act like Shawn did would be a great direction for me to go. We all love and miss you. It won't be the same without you , but we will do our best to carry one your memory. You are definitely one of a kind. God Bless you , your family, and all the people that care deeply about you. So very sad to hear the news of Shaun's passing. Having worked with Shaun for a number of years, I feel fortunate to have been able to call him Friend.  I've never known a more positive person - someone who had such a passion for living.  His optimism was contagious, another reason why people were drawn to him.  He will be missed by all who had the priviledge of knowning him.  May we all take comfort in knowing that he lived life to the fullest - no regrets, and with the knowledge that he is in the Lord's house now.

I never had the opportunity to meet Shaun but heard many stories of him from his Uncle Michael.  From the stories he seemed to be someone who loved life.  Shaun's Uncle once shared these words with me when I lost someone I loved and I would like to share them with you as well....keep loving memories of Shaun in your heart and he will never be far from you.
