My heart goes out to Walley’s family and many friends.  Please accept my sincere condolences.  Walley and I along with several others played music together in high school.  We both took lessons at Beacher Brush Music on Mayfield, he guitar from Mr Beacher, and I drums from Mr Brush.  So much fun!  Good times!  Great memories!  May he rest in peace.

Wally was one of my “First Energy Dads”. He was a great mentor to me and was also a great person! He taught me so much about the electric system which is something I’ll never forget.  I hope he’s singing and rocking up there!! His coffee break concerts will never be forgotten at work.

I’ll miss you buddy.  I know you’re playing guitar and singing with the best of them in heaven!

So sorry to hear about Walter's passing.  I met Walter in the early 80's I was the clerk for the Relay Test group at CEI out of Mayfield Service Center. We compared notes about growing up in Mayfield Hts, his playing guitar in a band. He was a very nice guy. Rest in Peace Walter.   Helen Marie Wittman

Walter, I am so sorry to hear that you are no longer with us.  We had many great times at work at the RF House, where you wrote a program to decipher the code that came out of the radio control computer.  The lunch time talks and computer golf tournaments.  I willl miss you deeply, my dear friend.  I admired your prowess on the guitar and stories of your days in the band.  You were a great partner on the job and a dear friend the rest of the time.  Rest peacefully  dear friend and practice for the time we meet again and play some duets together.  It has been my honor to call you friend.

Jack Walter Weinmann

I met Walter when working with him at The Illuminating Company. He was such a kind gentle person. We have been friends ever since. He was one of the most gentle persons  I have ever met. I will miss him greatly. Rest in peace my friend.

RIP Walter up there in rock and roll heaven, i surely will miss you and we had lots of fun playing our games on the net and you taught me so much on the guitar. If there truely is life after death then i will see you on the other side ole friend.
