Born in New York City to Marvin and Renée Fink, Brian attended the Lawrence School District in Long Island, NY, and The Taft School in Watertown, CT. He moved to Miami in 1975 and was married to Jenny Blank Fink until her passing in 2017.
Brian operated a successful manufacturing and later import business, first alongside his father, then independently, and eventually with his longtime business partner Bernie Orban. Outside of his professional life, Brian was known for his warmth, generosity, and love of family and friends. He was also an avid boater who cherished time spent on the water.
Brian is survived by his wife Laura Buccellati; his and Jenny’s daughter Mallory and her husband Mark; his and Jenny’s son Max, Max’s wife Macarena, and their son Cooper; as well as his brother Jeffrey, Jeffrey’s wife Susan, and their children Gabrielle and Aaron, Aaron’s wife Justine, and their children.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 30, at 1:00 PM at Temple Beth Shalom, 4144 Chase Avenue, Miami Beach, followed by interment at Mt. Nebo/Kendall Memorial Gardens, 5900 SW 77th Avenue, Miami.
In lieu of flowers, the family encourages donations in Brian’s memory to the Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center.
