All I can  say is I was his neighbor and he seemed quite a wonderful young man to me.

May David's memory be for a blessing to all who knew him and to his family and friends. He was a purposeful volunteer for the Refuat HaNefesh Program at the Greater Miami Jewish Federation and it was an honor to know him as a Rabbi and Director of the program.  

David was one of the kindest people I knew. He was always supportive of everyone around him and checking in on people. 

My favorite memory of him was Halloween a couple years ago. We had a laid-back night and ended up with far more candy than expected because barely any kids showed up for trick-or-treating. Tor and Omar had stopped by briefly as well. The next morning I remember I woke up and there were chocolate wrappers literally everywhere from us having eaten them just ourselves.

I will be arranging for someone to say Kaddish for him here in New York.

I spoke to David on Monday. If I had known he'd be gone a couple days later I'd have stayed on that call for hours. He was a very sweet guy with a very big heart. May he be blessed into eternity. And my deepest condolences to the Egozi family. 

David was a kind and gentle soul. Our family has known him since my son Jonathan became close friends with him in sixth grade. They remained close friends always. This past June he was a groomsman in Jonathan’s wedding. It was always a pleasure to spend time with David. Smart, thoughtful, creative and so much warmth.  We will miss him greatly. Our hearts go out to the Egozi family.   We are so sorry for your loss.

One of the kindest and coolest people I have had the pleasure to walk the earth with.  I didn't know David intimately, but he always greeted me and others with a bright smile, as if we were family.  I'm deeply dismayed to hear about this beautiful soul's premature passing, and wish his family, loved ones and friends my heartfelt condolences.

I only met David once on yontif at my parents, but I remember his soothing smile very clearly and his warmth. The world is less bright without him. All the love and support from the Printz family, זיכרונה לברכה.

I met David once, at my nephew Jonathan Peter's wedding.  My son and I played a round of golf with him and enjoyed being with him getting to know him.  

I am just so very sorry that he left this life at such a young age, and for your incredible loss.
