Edward is survived by his wife, Katherine Slavens; daughter Tracy (Daniel Schwartz) Slavens; and son Aaron (Sascha) Slavens; brother Paul (Carol) Slavens and sister Harriet Dennis; grandchild Jack Slavens.
Edward was preceded in death by; mother Isla Slavens and father John Slavens.
A funeral service for Edward will be held Sunday, October 22, 2017 at 10:00 AM at Mount Nebo Kendall Memorial Gardens, 5900 SW 77th Ave, Miami, Florida 33143, followed by an interment.
