HIRSCH, EILEEN, age 84, passed away peacefully in her home with her loving family on Friday night 8/25/17. Eileen was born in Philadelphia PA on 10/8/32 and moved to Miami in 1946. She met & married Herb Hirsch in 1951 and just celebrated their 66th wedding anniversary last month. Eileen gave selflessly to her parents, her brothers, her husband, her children, her adored grandchildren as well as her nieces & nephews. Her entire life was all about others, as she put everyone else first, as this was what made her happiest. She is predeceased by her parents Ann & Sam Nathans and her older brother Stanley. Eileen is survived by her loving husband Herb and their children, Michael (Christine), Fern & Scott Hirsch as well as her grandchildren, Bill (Larissa), John, Morgan, Aliyah and Kiva Hirsch. She is also survived by her brother Howard (Mickey) Nathans of CA and her cousin/"sister" Sisty (Dick) Ludwig of PA. She was a wonderful & loving daughter, sister, wife, mother & grandmother and she had an amazing group of close friends throughout her entire life. Please join us at a memorial service that is scheduled for Tuesday, 8/29/17 at 1PM at Mt Nebo South Cemetery on Miller Road. The family will be sitting Shiva at home of Scott Hirsch (10950 SW 83rd Court Miami FL) immediately following the service.
