Jack finally came back to Miami in 2013 to reside with his niece, Michele Polisar a native Floridian from Miami. They split their time living up in the Treasure Coast area of Florida and Miami.
Jack was a beloved uncle and is survived by Michele Polisar (her 2 sons and great nephews Max and Carl), Robert Finkelstein (wife Ana Alfonso), Marilyn Platt (husband Ed Goodrich), and predeceased sister’s Betty Lou Moore Finkelstein (husband Fred Finkelstein,) Ruth Moore Brodsky Rumpf, brother Marvin Moore along with his mother and father, Carl and Rose Moore.
Funeral Services – Celebration of Life for Jack Moore will be held on Sunday July 24th at 1:00 pm at Riverside Gordon Memorial Chapel at Mount Nebo Kendall, 5900 SW 77th Avenue Miami FL 33143. 305 274 0641
