Ronald Jay Ellis

Ronald Jay Ellis, 89 of Hialeah, Florida passed away on August 18, 2015. Mr. Ellis is survived by his beloved wife Sylvia; loving children Jodi (Carlos) Cardenas, Tammi Ellis, Mikael Ellis and Vicki Ellis Hatch; cherished grandchildren Lauren, Jordan, Adam, Rocky, Dara, Alan, Jackie, Hilary and Alicia; adored great grandchildren Isaac, Mathew, Jacob, Elizabeth, Joseph, Ariella and Dylan; dear brother Jerold Ellis. Everyone who had the privilege of knowing Ron had the opportunity to appreciate his passion, dignity, sense of humor and humility. He was gentle, yet strong. He has touched so many lives- he will always be a part of all of us!!

Today we mourn the loss, but celebrate the life of a great man- role model, friend, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, dad, and husband. He was truly a MENSH- in every way.

We love you forever and ever. We are family! And remember, no one ever licked an Ellis.
