Even though I  never met Deanna in person, we spoke on the phone several times. She was a very caring and kind lady. Phil speaks fondly of her and she will always hold a special place in his heart. Our thoughts and prayers are with you!  Phil and Myra

I had the pleasure of being part of Deanna's life. She was caring, loving and always speaking her mind, never shying away from expressing her opinions. I respected that about her.  I'm sure she instilled a legacy of strength, resilience, and determination in others to always stand up for what is right. My prayers and thoughts go out to Irene, grandkids, family and friends. Rest in peace Deanna.

My deepest, heartfelt condolences to the family. Although I never met Deanna, I had the privilege of meeting and becoming friends in high school with her daughters Irene and Darlene. I do know that Deanna raised up two beautiful and talented women whom I know she was very proud of. Deanna is now in the arms of Jesus. No more pain or suffering. She is now whole. She will truly be missed by many. May we all take comfort in knowing that we will see our loved ones again one day. May God envelop the family with His presence and bring you peace and comfort during this difficult time.

Deanna was predeceased by he parents; Irene Lillian and Robie Evans Welsman, and is survived by twin daughters; Irene W. (Ronnie A.) Beddard and Darlene W. ( Larry R.) Dobbs, Brother; Robie N. Welsman, Sister; L. Janie Green, Three Grandchildren; Mindy, Melanie and Ryan, Four Great-Grandchildren; Delaney, Annalise, Kingston and Portland.
