Hazel Elizabeth Adams

Hazel Elizabeth Adams, 84, passed away on July 30, 2020. She was born in New Brunswick, New Jersey and Retired from AT&T. Hazel was predeceased by her husband, Donald and daughter, Renee. She is survived by her son, Steve (Lisa) Adams; daughter, Sandra Ann (Robert-deceased) Hanson; 5 grandchildren: Dale, Frankie, Vinnie, Jaime, and Steven; and 5 great-grandchildren: Brianna, Cameron, Emma, Greyson, and Lilly; and a host of extended family and friends. Family will receive friends 6-8 PM on Wednesday August 5, 2020 at HARDAGE-GIDDENS HOLLY HILL FUNERAL HOME, 3601 Old Jennings Road, Middleburg, FL. Funeral Mass will be held at 11 AM, Thursday, August 6, 2020 at St Luke's Catholic Church, Middleburg, FL.
