Jean was born on October 31, 1946 in Pittsburg, Pa. to the late James K. and Mae Ellanore (Nicum) Linkhart.
Mrs. Biggs was a founding member of Pinewood Presbyterian Church in Lakeside, Florida; where her love for the Lord was evident.
She loved children and worked as a teachers aide in a number of Clay County Elementary schools for many years.
She also loved Disney World making dozens of trips to Orlando over the years. Her first trip to Disney World was with her mother in 1972 during its opening and attended the theme park's 50th Anniversary last year.
Jean was passionate about her paper crafting hobby of nearly 30 years. Her garage was remodeled in order to house her crafting supplies; calling it her "playroom". She loved creating cards for others and sharing her supplies with friends, which gave her great happiness!
Jean will always be remembered for her friendliness, generosity and joyful spirit.
