

Logan Chadrick Channell (Superhero Logan) was at home and surrounded by loved ones when he peacefully passed away on November 19, 2013 at just 5 years old. Logan was born on October 28, 2008. His mother, Tara Channell, predeceased him on October 30, 2008, when Logan was two days old. Logan was diagnosed with Neuroblastoma cancer on July 20, 2012. As he fought a long and hard battle, Logan became a local hero and an inspiration to many. He was a natural at being a courageous leader and leaves behind a legacy of inspiration, hope and faith. He loved milkshakes, yoo-hoo, playing at the park, and Chuck-E-Cheese. He is survived by his father: Shannon Channell; Brothers: Bradley Strange, Dylan and Brandon Channell; sister: Kinley Channell. Maternal grandparents: Robert (Poppy) and Beverly (Mimi) Staklinski; Timothy (Granpa) and Wynona (Grammy) Irish; Paternal grandparents: Rose Ann Howell (Graniani) and Jerry (PapPap) Channell; Aunts/Uncles: Lacey (Blane) Hay, Brandi (Brian) Sipkovsky, Andrew Staklinski, Chris (Chrissy) Duren. Logan loved his HEM/ONC team on the 4th floor of the Weaver Tower at Wolfson Children’s Hospital. The family would like to extend their gratitude to Dr. Michael Joyce, Dr. Eric Sandler, and nurse Jess Terrell. May God bless you all for your excellent care.
