Penny Ann Rofkahr, age 73, of Orange Park, Florida passed away on Sunday, December 31, 2023. She was born in Chicago, Illinois to the late Hubert and Virginia Jostes. She enjoyed her career as a hairdresser and will be dearly missed by her family and friends.
Penny was predeceased by her sister, Sandra Bezjak and is survived by her loving husband, Walter A. Rofkahr; 2 devoted children: Jason A. Rofkahr and Becky J. Byron; sister: Cookie Fedler; her 2 grandchildren: Treyvor Byron and Jessica Byron; and a host of extended family and friends.
No formal services will be held.
